If you are able to book directly on-line we offer a better rate. You can view the unit which best suits your requirements by going to the 'accommodation' page to see what the units look like and then coming back to the 'booking page' or if you put the cursor over the room on the 'booking page', it will give a description of the unit and how many it can accommodate. Payment is required to confirm the booking however, if you prefer not to pay at the time of booking and there is availability showing, please either send us an Enquiry through the website or email us at email@example.com and we can then enter the booking manually for you. We will still require credit card details to make the booking so you will either need to call us with these or email them (we suggest in 2 separate emails for security if you choose to do this)
If a unit is showing "Available On Request" when you hover the mouse over the Book Now button on the extreme right side, it means the booking will need to be confirmed once we receive the notification the booking process has been completed. We will do this as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to 2pm of the day of Check-in. If a cancellation is made outside this time-frame the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged if the unit is not re-let or if re-let at a discounted rate, the difference in rates will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Late arrivals: Our Reception is open until 9.00pm each evening so any guests arriving after 9.00pm need to make contact to get an access code for the lock-box where their unit key will be left to collect. There is a charge of $35 for after hours access so please ensure the access code is obtained.
Airport transfers: We operate our own shuttle vehicle up until 9.00pm each day but we cater for both early departures and late arrivals.
Late arrivals (After 9pm): If you have booked directly with us, are checking-in after 9pm and need transport from the airport to the motel, we request that you get a taxi or a shuttle. Gold Band Taxis offer a rate of $16-17 for our guests and Super Shuttle $15.00 for 1-2 guests.
If you wish to arrange a Meet n Greet for your arrival, you can do so by contacting J & L Shuttles on+64 3899 879 or by emailing them on firstname.lastname@example.org with your flight details.
