Payment Policy

Confirmation of an on-line booking requires payment for that booking, but if you do not wish to pay when you book and there is availability showing, just send us an Enquiry and we can do the booking manually for you. We will still need a valid credit card to confirm the booking. If paying with an Amex card, there will be a 2% surcharge. We do not accept cheques. If Pre-payment is made and a cancellation is then made as per our Cancellation Policy, 4% will be deducted from any refund for Visa or Mastercard or 5% for Amex cards to cover the fees charged by the credit card companies.
N.B.: Guests arriving after 9pm need to make contact and provide credit card details(if not already provided) to obtain the required access code for key collection (See Late Arrivals above).

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 48 hours notice prior to 2pm of check-in date for bookings made directly with the property. For bookings made through third party websites, the conditions as displayed on the particular website relating to our property will apply.
If Pre-payment is made and a booking is cancelled, a fee of 4.% will be deducted before any refund due is made for Visa/Mastercard or 5.% for Amex cards to cover the credit card/transaction charges.
Special Conditions apply to Group bookings(i.e. more than 1 unit), Long Stay Bookings(5+ nights) and bookings during Special Dates/Events. Please check when booking as these vary on a case by case basis.

Child Policy

Any child requiring an extra bed will be charged at the extra person rate.
Cots/cribs or high chairs are usually available free on request but we do have limited availability and There is a limit of 1 cot in a Studio unit. If a child uses the same bed as their parent(and there is a limit of one child), there is a charge of $10.00.

Other

LATE ARRIVALS: As our Reception closes at 9pm any guests arriving after 9.pm need to obtain the access code for the lock-box where their unit key will be left for them to collect. There is a fee of $35 for late arrivals who require assistance after our Reception closes at 9pm so please ensure the access code is obtained.
Our own shuttle service to the airport operates, as required, from opening time each morning which is 7am Mon-Fri and 8am Sat, Sun & Public Holidays.
If you need to leave for the airport prior to our own shuttle operating we can arrange a taxi and a wake-up call for you.
